RETURN CONDITIONS 

Right of withdrawal for the Customer Consumer

1   As a Customer Consumer, you have the right to revoke the Purchase free of charge within a period of 14 calendar days following the delivery of the Products without giving any reason. Exercising the right of return must be reported in good time via order@hortum.be. The reflection period of 14 calendar days starts on the day after the delivery of the product by the Customer Consumer.

During the reflection period, the Customer Consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. If the Customer Consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. In the event of damage to the Product due to careless handling by the Customer Consumer or due to weather influences, the Customer Consumer is liable for any loss in value of the product. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the fact that it is best to take all precautions when opening and unpacking and/or storing the goods in order to be able to fulfill your obligation under this article.

3    The Customer Consumer must return the product within 14 days after his timely notification of exercising the right of return. The Customer-Consumer must prove that the delivered product was returned on time. The date of delivery to the postal service for a registered return or to a courier service will serve as the only proof.

4   The costs for any return by post or courier are fully borne by the Customer Consumer. Since we have the products delivered via a courier service to minimize the risk of damage or loss, we expect the Customer to send the products back at least by registered mail and to send us a copy of the proof of registered mail immediately after shipment to order@hortum. be

5 As a Customer Company you do not have a right of withdrawal.  in case of cancellation by the customer company after 7 days for undelivered goods, we have the right to charge 20% interest and damage interest
